✅The importance of a good coach
I (Carolina), am a dietitian nutritionist, with a master's degree in Sports Nutrition. I am not a sports coach, despite the fact that I have done 10+ years of bodybuilding and am very interested in the subject. I am therefore not always able to create programs for different profiles of people. In addition, I firmly believe that each health professional has an essential role in the transformation of a person.
That's why I chose sports professionals (the bests in their field) to work with me and provide you with the science and physical activity side; an essential part of your transformation, while I focus on nutrition.
Therequality of your programs is my top priority.Each of the coaches who work with me has been carefully selected, based on their expertise, their commitment to people's well-being, and their ability to deliver tangible results.
